Brisbane Casino Towers

Artfully was engaged by Metro Properties to curate and manage an integrated public art commission for Brisbane Casino Towers, a residential development located in Hope Street, South Brisbane. The public art commission provided opportunity to link the site to its surrounding rich cultural context, being in close proximity to the Gallery of Modern Art, the Cultural Precinct and South Bank. Luminous Cloud by Perth-based artist Stuart Green is a three-part sculptural installation integrated within the awning that covers a cross-block link. It features an integrated lighting treatment for an evocative evening presence, signalling entrances from both street addresses.
